Travel Directions

Adina Lodge is situated at 1 Ashwood Avenue, the first left turn after immediately passing the Tourist Information Hut on Great Alpine Road at entry to Bright from Porepunkah

Caretaker On-Site

We have a Full Time Caretaker on site (lives at very front on left side of property as entering off Ashwood Avenue). Our Caretaker is available to meet all your needs during your stay – contact details are visible around the property & you will see him working through day most likely between 8am and 6pm.  For afterhours, please contact Mike or Kim directly on 0497 770 377

Check In / Check Out Instructions

Check in from 2pm onwards, earlier can be arranged subject to availability – please check with owners. If you are arriving late, please contact owners to allow the unit to made comfortable upon your arrival.

Check out is 10am at latest to allow from rooms to be fully cleaned for next guests.

Free Wi-Fi, Free Netflix, all linen supplied, extra pillows & blankets, initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, long life milk, and small soap / shampoo are all supplied for your convenience on arrival.

Car Parking Details

One car parking space per apartment, extra vehicle can be arranged upon request, please speak to our Caretaker.

Swimming Pool:

All children swimming in pool must be always supervised by an adult, No Running or Diving is allowed around the pool area.

Reservation Payments

For all bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date, FULL payment is required when making the booking. If paying a deposit via EFT, a credit card number will need to be provided to go on file for a security guarantee.


Please note that any cancellation within 14 days of arrival will attract a full cancellation fee, which is equal to the full tariff.

A rebooking fee of $35 applies to all changes made to original bookings. Our cancellation policy also applies to bookings made using gift vouchers. Transfer of a booking can only be made to available times and to the value of the original booking and are at the discretion of the owners. Any increase in tariffs must be covered by the guest.

Please note that there will be No modifications within 14 days, unless with owner approval.

Late check-ins, early check-outs, and no-shows will initiate liability for the full amount of the tariff.

No refunds will be issued after a guest has checked in.

Guest Numbers / Behaviour

Total of number of guests must not exceed what has been booked and paid for. Management reserves the right to charge additional fees to cover additional guests, if applicable, or ask all guests to leave should this not be possible. No refund will be forthcoming.

We reserve the right to send guests away from the accommodation due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies, if Guests do not observe instructions given by our employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety, and security aspects of our accommodation at any point of time.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Adults per night $40, Children per night $40, highchair and porta cot available (must provide own Linen for cot)

Keeping Our Rooms Tidy and Not Damaged

The guest hereby acknowledges that all and every loss/damage occasioned to the room or grounds and or its contents let to them will be their sole responsibility and they thereby give permission and consent to the proprietor to charge the cost of any loss/damage to a credit card for a period of 7 days after the guest departs. This loss could also include loss of income suffered by the proprietor if the loss/damage by the guest results in the room not being used.

We expect our guests will leave the apartment in a clean, tidy state as found upon arrival. If extra cleaning is required over and above what is expected, extra charges will apply (at a rate of $60 per hour) and be charged to your credit card. Damaged property will be charged accordingly.

No Pets

Pets/animals are not permitted on the grounds and a cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of any pets in rooms. We do love pets but unfortunately, we have guests with allergies, please respect our no pets policy.

Cycle Friendly

No bikes are allowed to be kept in accommodation rooms – we have a dedicated secure bike shed with digital key lock entry and 24 hours camera surveillance.


Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave and any accommodation balance not refunded.

Guest Laundry

We have commercial washing machine available for use with detergent, costing 2 x $1 coins, as well as a commercial dryer available for guests use, costing 4 x $2 coins.

Lost Property

Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. We take no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen, or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
